By Grace Hotel - Rome

Greatly enjoyed our well-organised rooms.

The airport was 19 miles away. Booked a room with balcony. A microwave and an electric kettle were a nice touch.

The room was cozy and well-prepared, complete with a balcony that provided a lovely view. the owners were incredibly nice and accommodating, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. the property was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen/common space. This was a great place to unwind after a long day exploring the city.

While the location was convenient for accessing public transportation, it was a bit far from the main parts of the city. Getting to the tourist attractions required taking the bus or metro, which added some travel time to our day.

The room was well laid out with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a writing desk.

The whole experience was memorable from start to finish, recommend. It was an exceptionally comfortable hotel in a relatively quiet area, next to the metro station which has a direct line to the termini station and stops close to many sights, great restaurants which are priced very well and many sights. The location was good and the free parking was nearby. Had lunch/dinner at Gli Sfrontati Bis, which I found just a short stroll away from the venue. Really kind staff suggested restaurants;))

We stayed at By Grace for a short 2-day trip and were pleasantly surprised by the nice and clean room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with no issues with hot water. The wide terrace added a nice touch and the owners even provided everything we needed for our stay, despite there being no fridge. The property also had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a microwave and utensils. The owners were very welcoming and even prepared a wonderful breakfast for us, which was brought right to our room. a cozy and enjoyable experience.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice terrace. No fridge but everything needed for 2 days. Kind owner, delicious breakfast brought to room. Cozy room with balcony. Soft bed, powerful AC, clean. Smart TV to cast from phone. Spacious room, comfy beds. Clean apartment. Helpful, friendly hosts. Great restaurants nearby.

We really got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely addition. The staff treated us very well and were quick to respond to our needs.

The only thing that could make the breakfast menu better is offering a wider variety of options.

Every time I visit, I choose this place without regret. The staff even helped me find a local food delivery number on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a lift. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Noisy nights, door handle issues.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this fabulous accommodation in Rome. the room was clean and spacious, with a cozy bed and soft pillows. the shared bathroom was spotless, and the shared kitchen area was very handy. the owner, Gabrielle, was incredibly welcoming and even helped us find a local supermarket. the property had a nice balcony off our room, and the smart TV was a great bonus, allowing us to cast from our phones. a wonderful experience.

Felt extremely safe, no complaints.

Some rooms at By Grace have a balcony with a city view. It made me feel like I was living in the heart of Rome, with a beautiful view right outside my room. The rooms in the guest house are fitted with a flat-screen TV. It was nice to relax and unwind in the evening with some entertainment.

I personally didn't like that some rooms at By Grace are fitted with bed linen and towels. I prefer bringing my own for a more personal touch.
